In this day and age we are all keen to find the best prices and value for money. Indeed why not! But how to get the best value in pianos? All our experience over the years has shown us that really good value in a piano doesn’t just depend on price, but comes from combining several vital factors together.
Firstly, it is essential to have the opportunity and advice to help you choose the right piano so you will get the most enjoyment from it.
Then it is crucial for it to be checked and prepared to a really high standard.
Finally it should be delivered carefully and after sales support should be there when you need.
Our `value for money` promise is based on providing this full package of choice and service. We believe this is what people really prefer, and the feedback we receive confirms this.

OUR PRICES
Of course, we know that price is also very important so we use our close links with suppliers to provide the best prices we can as well. We aim to offer a good competitive price while maintaining the level of service we have promised.
We have decided not to list our prices on line because we believe there are a range of options to consider when buying a piano. We prefer for you to call in to see us or phone so we can help you consider the make and model which would suit you best. This way you can be sure you are making the right choice. We can then provide a quotation and include any latest offers which may be available.
OUR TRADITIONAL WAY
A lot of expert work goes into supplying a piano with high standards of preparation, delivery and aftersales support. Unlike some products, such as books or CDs, you can’t just pick a piano off the shelf and despatch it – or at least you shouldn`t!
So our advice is to be cautious if you are offered absolute rock bottom prices. These can only come from limiting the time spent somewhere along the line. At worst, it might mean a piano sold to you without much choice or advice and then perhaps sent direct from a warehouse with very little preparation or after sales. We know of one tuner who arrived to find the piano had been delivered still in its box! We just don`t think they should be supplied in that way.
With pianos, you really do benefit from an effective choice and a high level of service, which is why we still believe in our traditional way. We provide a range of makes, genuine advice and maintain our standards of work for every customer.
